First grow ever! using 125w CFL Journal

I am almost into my fourth week using a 125w compact fluorescent light. I know its its favored but its all my budget could afford, so I'm determined to make it work. Any help would be much appreciated. About the lil guys... for the past 3 weeks from 5 clones at the local med. dispensary i have been punishing them with 21 hours on and 3 hours off light cycle. They are all over 12 inches right now and look really healthy. I want to flower at 4 weeks but have been reading and most people wait a lot longer than that. Am I just anxious or do they need more time? The pics are from day one when i got them to today. Thanks!!

you have too meany plants for the ammount of light

LOL, well to me u look like you have enough light for the moment. Your plants are not stretching at all and have close inter nodes. Yes you will have to get more CFL's but right now they look titties!

what light spectrum are you using?

im not sure what you mean by light spectrum (brand new to the lingo)... I forgot to mention that i put a 2 foot fluorescent grow light 20w on each side. is 4 weeks of veg. enough or should i wait longer?? thanks for the help!
