Hey what up RU community. This is my first time growing and this forum has been a great source of info and has a great community backing it.

purchased seeds from Nirvana received them in 6 DAYS!
germinated my seeds on 7-10-10 and in 48 hrs all sprouted.
I have a 150w hps and three 23w cfls and using 10 gal DWC with dyna-grow

Do you thing they are good size for there age? I have no idea what they should look like.

whats with all the tinfoil? It really increases temps to unhealthy levels, use mylar if you can, tinfoil=too Hot!
 
aluminum foil tape is all I had to make it light proof. I have had no problems with temp. Except one night when it was like 95 outside but other than that water has always been real cool(60's)
 
First I put a paper towel in a tupperware container then wet it down real good (but not soaking) Then I put the seeds in and put another paper towel on top and lightly wet again. Closed it up and put the tupperware on top of my cable box. After 2 day all seed sprouted and one seed even started to grow a leaf it completely broke away from the shell. Then I soaked rock-wool cubes for 30 min. And put the sprouts in and covered the whole with more rock-wool. I put some cfl's on them and let 'em do there thing. I would check the rock-wool twice a day to make sure its not drying out. After 3 to 5 days All 5 sprouts had roots popping out the bottom of the rock-wool.

To move them to the net pots. First I took the hydroton and rinsed it off to get all the dust off and let it soak for an hour. Then I filled the DWC tub so that the water came up 1/3 of the net pot. Filled the bottom with hydroton put the sprouts in and just topped off the hydroton.

For some reason the 4th plant I had died. It was slowly getting smaller and smaller so I just plucked it out. But the other 3 just took off. The 5th plant I gave to my friend so I couldn't take it back.
 
These are some new pic of my babies at day 21. Have some burning on the leave tips. I was testing how much nutrients they can take.

had some problems with root rot thats why roots look so short.
But so many new roots have grown in just 1 day!

I gotcha. Next time I'm going to start with DWC from seed. I planted in soil not intending on using DWC but changed my mind early enough that it was still possible.

Your setup and plants look really really good man! Keep it up! I'll be watching for sure.
 
I just got my auto Bubblelicious seeds TODAY! Can't wait to watch them in action. You're lucky with that 6 days. Mine took nearly 2 weeks. Did your purchase come with a wallet? Nirvana scared the shit outta me and had the little bag of seeds inside a velcro wallet. Talk about stealth. Anyways, good luck. They look good so far.
