First grow and looking for setup help

Howdy Folks,
This is my first grow. I am looking for some advice on my current setup and any recommendations for other things to get.

OK so here is my list of what I have so far:

3 NL5 haze Mist Feminized by Green House
3 Northern Bright Feminized by Nirvana
3 ATA Tundra Regular by Seedsman
3 Lowryder #2 Regular by Joint Doctor
430W Hydrofarm Ballast
430 W Argosun Red Sodium Bulb
4 4 Blue Spectrum 40W T12 Fluorescents
1 4 four bulb fixture. (a drop ceiling style)
1 Full Spectrum 225 LED grow light. (Stoned impulse buy, but what the hey)
Peat Pots
Ferry Morse Organic seed starter mix
Miracle-Gro Perlite
Miracle-Gro Organic Choice all purpose organic plant food
Miracle-Gro Organic Choice Blood Meal 12-0-0
Rooting Hormone by Green Light
Miracle-Grow Moisture Control soil mix. (Not sure if I am going to use this or not?? I may look for a better soil without fertz added.)
48 x 20 heating mat for seedlings
cheep moisture and Ph Meter for the soil

Things I need to get:

Mylar
3 Gallon or larger pots?
Reflector of some sort?? Thinking cool tube, but might go cheaper?? Thoughts?
Nutrients?? Not sure if I should use them with the MG soil, or if I should ditch the soil and get something different? I was looking at the Technaflora BC Nutrients complete starter kit?
2 - 4 Red fluorescent bulbs to mix with other blue ones? Not sure if I need these?
Watering can
Water container
Soil container
PH meter for water
TDS meter?? Do I need this for soil??
Light hangers? I may use pulleys and rope.
Foothill 6 x 14 Activated Carbon Filter with 130 CFM fan
Timers

Going to build:

2 2 x 4 closets. 1 for mom and the kids and one for the other ladies.

I am willing to mix soil components and I have access to fresh Pig poop and fresh or older Cow poop. That sounds like thats all. If anyone has any input let me know.
