ok, everything I say is IMHO and always try to get 2nd and 3rd opinions.
first, need some more pics b/c I think I see some things wrong. What hits me first is the spindlyness of the newer growth, usually caused by too low RH. What is your RH?
Second I see on the first pics at 6-7 o'clock fan leaf some spotting. what hydro method are you using? I think 5.5 is too low ph for now, as I know there are certain nutes that will get locked out at such a low ph-mg for example. there is a chart somewhere on RIU. should be 5.8 precise. what lights are you using and what nutes are you using. I think 800 PPM is on the high side for 1 month olds. but may be within tolerance using the co2, but that ph being off will be problematic.
What are the temps of the resevior? what type of feeding if drip or what are temps of res if DWC?
more pics would help.

I think they are just in transition, mines looked weird when they started to flower and all the funny looking leaves still turned into reg leaves.

I also am wondering what the distance the lights are again? If they are close, I would back it up a couple of inches-thats alotta strong light for them and gving off alotta heat. those second from top cupped fan leaves are likely due to heat to close along with low RH. anything you can do to get the RH up to 60% would help your babies-you can leave a small tub of water next to them-and change evry couple of days-and watch the spotting on those lower fan leaves-looks like could be from ph being off-otherwise good to go-also dont raise those ppm's anytime soon
