First ever grow with cfls

this is my very first grow and after reading and understanding most basics,
ive decided to go with cfls all the way, and soil for my medium.
at first i didnt make any plans to grow until i sprouted some seeds just to see if i could.right know im using a 15watt 18" tube, than 1/2" later im seting up several cfls.right know i have four sprouts.
one is streched another isnt growing. the other two are oing very well.
i put them in direct light every few days i can.im several weeks in and here are some pics

ive been having uhh,
technical difficulty's.

the streched one is dirt,
the purple stem i got form a decent sack of cronick
i dont know the exat srain but im praying for a female
