First ever grow any advice welcome

I have a home made 2' by 2' by 3' veg chamber with ten 26 watt cfls and a cheap 15 wat ebay blue red led..lol

6 out of ten germinated (bag seed) not sure what kind.

germed on 5-28-10

in cup 5-31-10 her are some picts with date as name.

they tak about 1/2 cup of water every 2 days.

her they are at 18 days , when do i move them to their 7 inch pots?
fox farms ocean and happy frog 1 to 4 ratio perlight, do i need nutes?

what is the generan thought about moving plants outside in daylight good or bad i bring them at night?
 
you really don't have to have any nutes for the first 3 weeks. but thats in hydro. im not sure about soil. im sure that your soil probably already has some in it. anyways they look healthy
 
ok guys i transplanted into 7 inch pots sunday, they seem a little droopy and real drk green what do u think a i just trippin? they are 20 days old from seed

drk green is ok.. if there droopy it is either to much water/ or they just got transplanted. and for nuts if u choice to just barely add any. And it is slow starting, but just relax they will grow.

ganna need some more lighting
 
yeah i only have about 17,000 lunins now thats about 4,250 per sq ft. they are not streching but how many more lumins would you dump on them?
im working on a 3 by 6 its framed up i asked what was best in another post no replies (2x400 or one six) but yeah 2 by 2 by 3 wont hold em long.

17k lums is ok for veg.. check out my Grow... i veged under something really close to that .. also i use 1 600 to flower but 2 400s are good but more money. also Think about a 1000w light?? lol just a idea
 
yeah i hear ya i keep looking lights i find one i like but them im like ..."well for ONLY $90 more i could get this one its bad ass" the next thing i know i have worked up to 5 1000w lights and remodeling my house.. lol
 
its been 6 days since i put in new pots bushing out nicely but not verry tall about 2 to 3 inches tall.. but i guess thats good right?
i cant get the pict to up load ill get some up later
