Basically eliminates caregivers and the right to homegrow unless you can prove hardship which will be very difficult. And the state can take up to 90 days to decide if you qualify for a hardship and until then you have to go to a dispensary and pay published prices with potentially a discount if you have financial hardship

Revolt! This isn't what your voters had in mind.

we are talking about "mass. the money squeezer" of course they are making it impossable to legaly grow your own. They've got dollar signs in there eyes. This is a big market that they could be in the drivers seat. (Im thinking they just want to get a cut on every oz that is grown in the state)

As it stands now any1 can grow and be a caregiver .. Until its finalized its basically a free for all, no grow or possesion limits.... I talked to the DPH. as for hardship, anyone here have an extra $2500 every to months for 10 oz every 2 months? Me either, hardship wont be hard to explain, especially because hardship includes availability of dispensaries of which there are none
