Hey RIU!!
This is not my first grow, but this will be my first in Coco. I have been reading the many posts on here about growing in coco, and i had to try it. Basically i have figured out what nutes are prefered by reading RIU. It is being started with Canna coco A + B, and canna rhizotonic. I added Cal-mag too.
Any Help will be greatly appreciated.
Since this is a 303 grow I have 3 chocolope clones from LaContes on Washington. Also i have 3 clones of Purple Elephant x Moby Dick from The Clone Store in Lakewood. I have also picked up some seeds from the Clinic. They are Reserva Privada Citrix (LA conf x grapefruit) and Nerds (Purple Urkle x Sour Diesel). Really cannot wait to try those 2 out.
Here is a list of the initial veg supplies and equipment.
4ft 4 bulb T5
Cocogrow mixed with perlite as a medium (1to3)
clones are in 1 gallon black pots
seedlings currently in mixed cups
Nutes on hand
Canna Coco A + B
Canna Rhizotonic
Botanacare Cal-Mag plus
Botanacare PH up
Mad Farmer PH down
Botanacare Pure Blend Pro Grow
Photosynthesis plus (randomly recommended to me)
Also on hand from previous grows
earth juice grow
bat guano
earthworm castings
blood meal
bone meal
myz
I have had the clones for 8 days and they are finally taking root. The chocolopes are not taking as well as the other 3. I have been alternating feedings with PH'd water.
I am open to all suggestions on how to make this the best grow ever.
Eventually they will be moved into a new veg area (currently under construction). Then finished in a new tent that i am building with a 1000w HPS running. Final pots will be 5 and 7 gallon smartpots.
Here are some pictures I have taken today. The tall skinny ones are the Chocolope, fat ones are the PExMD. The 3 seedlings are the citix on day 5. And, the yellow cup contains the Nerds seed. Only tried to germ one (its on day 2). and the other random clear cup is a bag seed (maybe golden goat, who knows)
