First Closet Grow - Some quick questions?

Lights - 1 - 4ft T5 cfl 54 w 6400k HO Sunblaster light (Will add one more when $$)
1 - 42w cfl
1 - 23w cfl

Medium - Soil-less mix called Pro-Mix

They are "Kush". They are 4 days old and have been fed a weak miracle grow solution.

Questions:

How often to water and feed? Distilled water best? Should invest in ph kit?

Should I switch my lights from 24hrs to 18/6?

U defenitly ned to get a timer and put the lights on 18/6. I dont give them any nutrients in the water when there sproutlings. Distilled water will work. I live in the country so I just give them mineral water from a well. If u use tap water ul need to put the water in an open container to let the chemicals bleed off before they will b some wat safe for ur babys. Also wats the npk on the grow mix ur using? Its on the bac of the bag. Itl say sumten like 5-4-4 for example. Also u dont need such a big light for these and u might wana put them closer. I use a 21 watt flourecent round bulb for 10 bucks and sence theres not much heat I place it about an inch from the plant and some times less. It doesnt take much light when they r this small. Also if u dont put the lights close the plants with stretch a lot. The stem might b 4 inches tall. O and u can tell when the soil needs wateren. The top of the soil will look dry and u water it. That simple. Water morning and night probly so just twice a day. When they get older it wont hae to b as often.

Hey zuuluu thanks for ur reply. My mix doesn't list nutrients.. I double checked. And already have a timer just need to black out my grow space. Thanks for the watering tips. They are looking pretty good at 6 days old. Here are some better res pics. What do u guys think?
