First CFL grow, plants already started!

a week ago and i made a new grow box and i have the lights set up and i got a fan blowing on it. I wanted to see if anybody would gladly walk me through my first time growing plants inside

So I have 6 6500k daylight cfl's
Ive got 3 2000k warm white cfl's
But right now I only have 4 6500k cfl's running on the top of my plants and 3 2000k running on the side of all my plants
I got a $25 70 watt metal halide bulb but I don't know how to freakin run it. I did some research on it and you need a certain ballast for it, but where would i get a ballast for it and how expensive would it be
my grow box is pretty small too, so im gonna do some lst and maybe top them
Ive done this before outside successfully
