First batch ever, how am i doing? grtz... 1week from seeds

Hey guys

im a first time grower, and this is my first batch, 1 week from seed. Ran into a few problems allready. Just wanted to know what you guys things ... what can i improve..

i am currently running onder u 150 watt growing light later upgrading to 400w when plants are a litttle bigger

Problems so far = burned tips, i think caused by to much nutriens in the water, flushed it out and just giving tap water for the time being.
also the stem is to long and the plants tip over, but the first few days i just let them grow by the window with no extra light, so i guess that was the problem...

the tips look ph burned. did you adjust your rockwool?

what i did was, use tap water, half strengt of nutrient in the water and then adjust the ph to 6.5 the EC read 1.2.

i didnt do anything with the rockwool... now i flushed the rockwool thouroughly and juist a moistend rockwool is left with tapwater in it...

nooooo they dont need any nutes and i think rockwool ph is supposed to be much lower

the tapwater is around 7-7.5 if i remember correctly so i am supposed to bring it down to about 5.5 of so? i read that somewhere...

edit: i did some research, best ph for rockwool should be 5.8, so i prepeared some water to that ph, flushed the roots again with that prepared water and lets it a little moist... that would take care of the ph levels normaly i think?...

when im converting to earth soil, then ph should be around 6.5?
