First autoflower grow

okay so I wake up every morning and turn my phlizon 1200 full spec off for 4 hrs
Woke this morning one hr early and my plants looked sick but last night they looked fine
Green crack
FF ocean forest
5 gallon fabric pots (breathable)
Compose tea (cultured biologix)
Phlizon 1200 full spec
Ipower grow tent
