    Day 11

Outer 3 look-alike plants are Amnesia Autos. Middle one and droopy one are bag seeds. Droopy one was in a really small pot for all his life. In a very poor soil with almost no aeration in in it. I transplanted it couple hours before the video. Growing with single 50L smartpot knockoff used as a bed in 2x2x5 tent. Gave them 0.5L water this morning with some homemade bokashi seaweed juice in it. Misting whenever feel like it. Outside temps are around -2-5°C and I'm keeping the tent at 24-26°C without a heater. My light fixture is four 13W 1521lm Philips CorePro Bulbs and single Cree cxb3590 runnng at 2.4amps (12500lm). Using my 193m3/h exhaust fan to sirculate the air in my tent. Since its too cold to run it for exhausting the air.. why not? right? Got earlier pictures too but I didn't find them that exciting till last few days. I can post them if requested. These pics are from today. (5.12.2018 ) Bagseeds are 11 days old. I'm not sure about all the autos but the oldest one is week old. Will post updates if anything important happens. Peace.

There is no own pots, thats my whole space. Will cut down the bag seeds if they are male. If they are not I will be judging it by how good they look. They are just giving life to my soil right now. I will be lsting all three autos to make them even at the top and give a little more space between eachother. If everything goes as planned no plant will be blocking another.

By the way my first plan was to grow 2 plants in that soil but second plant didn't look like it was gonna sprout. I germinated the third one too. They both sprouted and thats all the space I got. That means I will make a use of what I got.

I keep bending the bigger plant whenever I see it's straighten again. Which is 2 times a day mostly. And I tuck bigger fan leaves under the bud sites. Everyone seems to be doing okay. Second oldest auto has a little mutation (I guess). One point of her leaf is missing. Noticed 2 of my bulbs wasn't on, it wasn't plugged all the way in. Tent was running 3000lumens short the whole night. Shoulda been more careful but atleast I noticed it so whatever.

If you are talking about growing, for some reason it felt like I knew what I was doing from the first moment. I read and watch lots of stuff so that might be the reason.

Made little changes to my light. Removed the "Y" connectors because I didn't like the angle of them. Instead I bolted them one by one with little piece of soft metal so I can move them around and aim wherever I want. Paralel wired them 2 by 2. Which is what "Y" connectors does basically. I did cut down the second bag seed. Just didn't like the little dude I don't know why. That's it for today.

Update, my first grow is going great. Don't have any words to explain the feeling when I pull the zipper of the tent high as shit, and seeing this stuff. This is just a beautiful feeling by itself and seeing my plants growing this healthy, seeing huge growth every single morning adds up to it. Bunch of things happend today but I don't feel like writing so just some pictures for today. Tiny bit of which it looks to be light burn or zinc defficency on the second older auto. I pulled my light up pretty far so if that fixes the problem we will know it was light burn. I want autos to stretch a little bit anyway, so I can start training them.

I'm actually lying down at tents room waiting for lights to come on so I can look at them as soon as possible. Is that gay? Did any of you guys ever do that.

Bag seed is right on track after yesterday's topping. Didn't seem to be in shock which is interesting. Sprinkled some boiled and powderised eg shells on top of the soil, lightly covered it with biobizz all mix then watered it in with some homemade bokashi seaweed juice diluted in water. Growth I'm seeing every morning is just shocking. Checked the pictures from last night and today morning. They seem to be growing faster every day. I guess it's how organic living soil works.

It's 1 part peat moss, 1 part worm castings, 1 part aeration (half perlite half zeolite). 40lt at total in 50lt texpot. There is 2 handfuls of crab shell/claw dust too. Which I picked up right from the beach after the big waves hit. Washed the salt away as much as I can, powderised them with a stone cave man style. It's impossible to find ammendments at where I live so I'm making the ones I can. I'm not experienced with growing at all, I think I never even watered a regular plant before starting this grow. It's interesting to see how easy it feels because cultivating is carved in our DNA, like new born baby holding his breath when he is thrown in water.

    Caveman style! Haha love it!
Nothing quite like getting your hands dirty eh?
Yeah if you don't overthink it but pay attention to what you are doing it is easy! and it gets better each time.
Have you looked at fermented plant juices or other types of DIY organic fertilisers? Sounds like it cld be up ur alley what with ur level of enthusiasm n lack of amendment availability! :-D

I'm trying out the bokashi method without EM because I couldn't find any. Atleast I got some slimy seaweed juice out of it. It smells sweet, vinegary and oceany so it should be something good? Got "Root Better" and "K-Amino" from company called "BetterOrganix". Root better is mycorrhiza and K-Amino is like a good for all supplement, I even splashed some of it in my bokashi bucket today because its supposed to have tons of effective microorganisms in it. Realy happy to find that company since its hard to find organic stuff that ships to my area. I'm excited to try all of their products. You should check them out especially if you are living in Europe. Looking to build a worm bin soon. Don't really have enough space for other composting methods im living in really small studio building(one room all in one, whatever its called). Oh and I'm using BioBizz PreMix because it has some of the amendments I needed. Like Bone meal, blood meal, kelp meal. Plus its all organic so why not. Thats it I guess.
