Finishing Early?

Second grow with this setup. The question I have is can things really be finished in 6 weeks? Trics have all swollen and are cloudy. Would it have any reason with cycle of 11 on/ 13 off?

PLants flower on 2 week cycles. the last cycle being the one that fattens those buds. you wouldn't want to cut early and miss out on the nugification now would you?
