Finalizing my build, can someone critique?

I just ordered my 3 strains of seeds, all femmies from Dr Chronic. I plan to order my Bubbleponics system soon.

I really do not want to build a system and have the money to go ahead with the project. What I want to know is lighting.

How well will a system like this with the Dual Spectrum II lighting do:

I have a small shed to work with and thats about the best I can do. What would the yield from 3 plants and this type of lighting do?

I'm sure you know that you could build a better hydro system than that for way cheaper. But if you're going to use the bubbleponics, get yourself a 400w HID. 600w or 1000w is even better. I personally have a 400w digital ballast that can run both MH and HPS bulbs and I like it. Ballast stays cool and silent, and I can use MH for veg and the HPS for flowering. Hope that helps.

How much of a difference in yield and quality will I see in the change from the Duel Spec. II lights to the HID?

Also which is the HID and where could I buy one cheaper and still order the bubbleponics kit?
