Final weeks of flower... Any trick tips?

Just need sum advice from experienced growers on RIU. Im not a newb, just a new user.

I wanted to see wat methods other growers use during the last weeks of flower to better their final quality.

Things im looking for help on is;

Purpling/change colors naturally
Increase trichs and hit max THC/CBD %
C02 levels
When to cure
Water rez temps


So those being the topics id like to discuss i appreciate any help and rep to those who help.

Ive heard rumors to do things like;

-Lower night temps
-Lower c02 ppm
-Water temps @ 63*-65*
-How many hours of darkness before its best to harvest?


Anything in regards to the topics above id like to see whos got sum suggestions and what to do.

Odd but seems to work...24 hours of darkness before cutting, the dark cycle promotes a resin boost..apparently. I do know my shit is a bit tastier when I tried this method.

Just make sure you let it finish properly & do not cut to early. Patience is a virtue!!!

i agree. my first round i pulled a little too early. hardest thing is patience. mostly milky white but still even clear trichs. this round i plan to go at least one week longer. ill be flushing so i can always pull when trichs start turnin amber and pull when i want it for the couchlock high.

I talked to another grower and he rec for purple strains to drop rez temps all the way down to 50* so i def need to be grabbin a chiller next.

Patience and molasses I think are the key, I feed them a dose every watering when in flower up until the very end. The nugs still need the sugars so they can continue producing the resin. Good Luck with your grows.

thanks for the info brotha. i used blackstrap unsulphered molasses for my outdoor grow last year

if you have a nice main cola you can chop it
then put it in a vase of water under a nice heat lamp for 12hours ..
no need for cfl for this.
it also lets it flush itself a little better .
anyways this technique causes it to produce a last ditch effort to produce more resin.
wouldnt hurt to try it.

purple comes from strain, ( kushs, indicas ) cooler temps make those purple, but not all plants, purple. lov mollasses, every other watering 6- 8 week into flowering, 1tblsp/gal water. Keep On Growin

Last week or two you can switch out hps for MH to get UVB rays onto the plants.. They say trichs form to protect from UVB rays so in theory this will produce more crystals... who knows
