does changing light schedule lasts few days make any difference,any info on this would be great

from 12/12 to lets say 14/10 or 10/14 ive heard both

i think its too late to change anything...stick to old good 12/12

Don't change your lights, heavy stress not good. You can do a 24 hr dark just before harvest. I really never saw a difference in that though.
