Fimming help please

About 4 days ago, 3 plants were fimmed. I cut the highest growth from my plants and cut 80% of it with scissors. To my understanding, there's supposed to be 2-4 extra growth sprouts. In some you tube videos, the grower cuts off 80% of the growth. In another video, the grower completely cut the stem. :confused:

I'm not sure if I did it correctly , any help would be nice. Thanks

Slightly off topic question... why are your plants all wet? You're not still misting them at this age are you?

Not knowing is half the fun.
Dont feel bad ive never gotten it to work.
I cant even fuck up properly.

Truthfully, the one time I attempted fimming, it failed. So...perhaps just go with a double topping IMO.

I think he is doing nothing wrong if he is only misting the plants the odd time,there is nothing wrong with that in veg.Just don't over do it.has long has there is plenty of air been brought in and the moved around with fans.the plant will be fine.
Has for fimming do away with it veg for 4/5 week and top during veg, every single stem.You will find that if you have the right lights then you wont get the normal strech that you get in flowering.Also if you are gonna mist pull the plant away from the lights bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
I would not advice any topping though with cfl's
