Fimming and transplanting question

I plan on starting my AK48 seedling in a party cup and transplant to a larger pot after a few weeks. I also plan on fimming her when there are around 3-5 nodes, but that's right when I figure it would be the time to transplant also. So what is the best way to do it?

Just transplant it.

My concern is not wanting to cause too much stress on the plant too quickly. Are you saying just transplant it, then fim? Should I do all that on the same day or give the plant a week to adjust?

Both make :stress =- transplant first and then Fim - do not want to transplant it again, also feed sfter
