Fimmed the right way?

Two week old today, was fimmed two days ago an needed to know if it was done right and if it looks ok if not..

I tried to fim one time and ended up with a bunch of half leaves.

I like topping, it is more definite

Cool thanks. And I almost decided to just top it after seeing the half leaves. I think ill top the other two..

like @Commander Strax said; I too have fim'd and top'd and I prefer topping much more. I have had times where it didn't really do anything to fim. It just grew normally with retarded leaves. With topping I know ill get two tops ~everytime.

thanks, i think ill top them all for sure now..im pretty sure i have the retarded leaves and no more colas than i had before…plenty of time to make changes, I'm just not trying to kill them..this is my first grow! loving colorado

so I've been reading that topping does the complete opposite because the two shoots that come up are already coming in they just aren't the main stem..
