hi do i really need to run fans and filters at night .will it increase yield to keep fresh air coming in .

Yes, no. It depends on your situation. If temperatures are an issue, then keep the vetns off during sleepy time.

Plants absorb oxygen thru their roots when the lights are off. Thats all i can say at this point in time.
