I'm a caregiver and need to know the ropes on going about filing taxes. EIN # needed?
Any caregivers response would be appreciated.:bigjoint:

I would advise ya to talk to a lawyer. I've possed this question a few times to a few knowing folks and both said the 100 dollar fee is the tax so far. Make sure you make copies of all questions you pose folks about this, so just in case ya need it, ya can show you tried to find out. Shoot your local prosecutor a letter with this question and see what they say. That letter could go a loooong way if you land in tax court..... good luck and cover your bases
