FFOF Top dressing - add Flower Girl?

7 plants, X manifolded & LST / 5 gal fabric / FFOF soil - top dressed with appx. 1/2" of FFOF 3.5 weeks ago
8th week seed, 2nd week of 12/12 flower.
Everyone is green, healthy & stretching - no curls, no yellow, no slow down following defol. & a rookie at the wheel.
Appx. 1.5' tall X 2' wide - starting to allow them to go vertical.

I'm concerned about soil depletion following the stretch period.

I have a bag of Dr. Earth Flower Girl that I'm considering mixing that in @ 1/4 strength in the top dress.

Questions:
Good idea?
Or will I risk frying healthy plants?

Top dress won’t hurt but I find the best way to avoid problems later on in mid bloom is to transplant to dank mix just before flowering if you can. 5g pots may not sustain them as long as a 7g+ but of course space is always limited. I would go up a pot and put your fertilizer/soil mix in the bottom layer of the container along with some worm castings if at all possible.
If it is too late for that or space limits are reached then top dressing is not the only option here; check out Jobes organic spikes. You just push them in & they feed for 8 weeks. I put two in each final bloom pot.

Too late this round - I flipped 2 weeks ago.
Their really healthy right now, so I'm just looking down the road a bit.
7 gal makes sense and gybes well with a "next grow" issue I've been considering:
Running 9 in 5 gal with a short veg again (4 weeks & a few days) - or - 7 in 7 gal pots with a bit longer veg. - more soil = more food.

I'll definitely check those spikes out.
