Is it possible to veg under 13.5 hours with any ill effects?

What do you mean exactly ? like 13.5 hrs on and 8.5hrs off . need more details

Yeah, you can veg those hours for a very short time, plant will wonder WTF...and either flower, stay in veg, or stay in veg and hermie. 3 possibilities, 1 will happen for sure

lol sorr about the math there. But you cant possibly go over that 13.5 hr? more light is best for veg. cause when you turn to 12 and 12 it may not get that drastic change in light that kicks them into flowering.

I plan to finish outside. Those hours would allow me to go out as soon as possible eliminating the need for additional lights outside.
