Few Closet Grow Questions

these are my ice plants. they are 3 weeks old. i have a question about the leaves on one of my plants. the second and third pictures show the the edges on the leaves on one of my plants curling up. the forth picture shows tiny spots on a few of the leaves. What could be causing this?

Also how long should i grow the plants in vegetative state before switching to 12/12

As a rule of thumb if they curl up thay are too hot. Height depends on how much room you have to work with. If you click my link and scroll down to my pics I started flowering at 1 1/2 feet.
