I will do that. After looking at it more, I would dump the idea of suspending the plants for the scales and just make risers that are bigger than the scales and allow drainage into the scales. More versatile as far as placement and working on plants etc.

Been looking at your system and I can't figure it out. What is the return lines and the bucket with a pump in it for? Was it a drain to recirc system?
Just a simple drain to waste using the fertigation manager basic kit on an 8 hr cycle to feed plants then drains into drip trays which goes to the pvc and into the bucket/pump combo and the black line pumps the runoff to a measured 5 gal bucket so I can have a rough idea of how much is produced.

I'm still trying to figure out the frequency but having the control allows for a lot of tweaking.

Bk78 should be installing his fertigation manager basic kit in the near future. That's the one to pay attention to. I'm still a noob and will surprise you with the stuff I know and I'll equally surprise you with what I don't know.
