Fert Burn? PICS

Is this plant suffering from fert burn? It is not heat or ph.

flush them and lower your ppm at nexts watering when its time

Looks burned to me. whats the ph? hydro or soil? ppm? runoff ph(if any)?

PH is 6-6.5 going in and 7 coming out. It is a soil grow. This is the only plant that is showing this much burn.

I can speak from last weeks experience when my plant looked exactly like that. I flushed it with about 4 x the amount of water as the size of the pot and by morning the spread of the browning stopped. If you don't see a dramatic difference in speed of browning within the next evening I would try a flush again or look at other causes.
