Ferry Morse 3 probe PH tester......please help

i dont know if my PH is messed up if i probe 5 spots in my 6" diameter pots 3 will tell me the ph is between 1-4 and the other two will say its between 8-6 WTF is my tester bad or are these just shitty and inaccurate???

Shitty and inaccurate.

Worse than useless because you will be trying to correct an inaccurate pH.

Throw it away. A $20 pH pen off ebay will serve you much better.
