Looks very much like a female apex. Look for any signs of hermaphrodite just to be sure. I'm assuming you've been on 12/12 for some time?

I cant tell, those could be the emerging fan leaves or hairs.have any other pics of it?

Looks female, but also looks like those could be developing fan leaves.
Take a better picture from the side looking in, not a top down... then we'll be able to see the pistols.
