This is my first grow and I was curious if the picture below is a hermie.

Its hard to tell but if you have little hairs along with the pollen sacks I see. It is indeed a hermie

Yeah the parts that should be in focus are out and the far back is in focus, it's hard to tell with the pic but if you have both it's a lady boy he/she it what.....

Nah, I know it's a female it is covered in hairs on top. You can even see a few hairs right above the pollen sack.

But it will grow buds it will just have seeds. Will the seeds be feminized?

the seeds will be Hermie-ized. You'll get some females but most will herm on you. Not to mention that pollen carries on the wind and will polinate all plants within a 1 mile radius which will produce hermie seeds

Those are clusters of pollen sacs if that happened to me I would ditch the plant. Now if it were several pollen sacs then I would keep and cut them out. Ultimately your call.

I only have four plants I really don't want to kill it. I will just move it away from the others.

You might be a bit late on whatever you are doing.
Some of those male flowers look to be opening.

I agree that it looks like a hermie, and appears to be pretty far along at that.
