Pictures are quite far away from the nodes so it's hard to tell. Try getting a closer picture or maybe someone else will have better luck then me.

Depends on what you are feeding her. Burnt tips like that are an indication of a K deficiency or a Zn deficiency, lacking Zn will also manifest lighter colouration in the margins (which I don't see). K levels might be low or possibly locked out due to overwatering or pH imbalance. In soil (if you are using a decent premixed soil,) I'd lend myself to believe that she just needs more food personally.
