Is it possible for a plant to form it self a male and female ?

I'm not exactly sure how all that works, but you need to check out hermaphrodites, or hermies. They are usually caused by some type of stress.

Yep, called a hermie.. hermaphrodite, etc....

yes, it can be caused by genetics or light stress during flowering.
