Femal turned to male... please no...=/

I had five plants, I looked at all preflowers and one was 100% male. So this left me with four that I had seen hairs on. I topped two of the plants on about their 5th node. The two others that I havent topped are without a doubt now showing their flowers one week into flowering. One of the ones that I topped only has flowers at the cut site now. The two new colas only have 3 new nodes and not really showing preflowers. Will these nodes show flowers at around the 4-5 one?

Now Im saying.....soil.node.node.node flower. cut( two new colas) node node node . None of the newer nodes on either of the topped plants are showing flowers like they originally had. The only flowers on my monster plant are right at the cut site and the smoky part of the flower is turning a brownish color.

I could put a picture up here but seriously right at the cut site there are for sure.... 4 hairs coming out out of four pistils or whatever.

Have you started 12/12 yet? Some plants will show sex before you flower, but won't actually bud, unless you have an auto. I'm sure that if your girls have shown the calyxes at the nodes you are fine

Hey thanks for actually replying, today is the end of week 1 of 12/12 Not too much change yet. When should I see some change?

I'd give them another week or so to show bud sites. I know the wait is excruciating, even at this early juncture, but with a little patience it will pay off. In no time you'll be pulling your hair out waiting to harvest! That will be the true test of will and patience, but it's the best part. Going through your first grow is a HUGE educating experience and you'll learn so much about yourself too. Just have confidence in your research and problem solving abilities (God knows you'll need them) and your ladies will thank you for it. Try not to fret too much and don't be too hard on yourself either. Enjoy the trip!

My plants showed sex in veg bud didnt bud than i put them in 12/12 and i saw lots of white hairs on day 2. big buds now
