Feliz CFL or T5

I need to add an additional light to my flower space. It is 3'1" (37") x 1'7" (19"). That's 3.75 sq/ft. My question is should i go with an econowing reflector (21" x 15"), 2 sq/ft and a 125-200 watt CFL OR should i use a 2' - 4 bulb (12" x 24"), 2 sq/ft T5 fixture?

Does a CFL rated at 125 watts show up less than 125 on the meter?

I recon combination lighting is really good for flowering, Use a hps as well as a cfl 130watt ultra blue. So i recon the cfl is better than the T5 or the T8's, by far. Get the ones from your local store designed for growing...... Having both spectrum for flowering increases yeild 10 to 30%. Depending obviously on conditions and strenght of light. As for wattage i'm not sure have to ask as sparky.

space prevents HID use. I have two banks of 4' - 4 bulb (each w/ full spectrum 1/2 red 1/2 blue) one over the plants and one mounted to wall to bathe the undergrowth in lights.

I have about 4 sq/ft to use in flowering room for extra plants. which is just plain more efficient? A CFL wiyh an Econowing reflector at 125-200 watts and about 7000 lumens OR a T5 fixture over the extra platnts

notice the canopy on the Kandy Kush on the first 2 pics, the NL x big bud, white rhino one week from changing lights in 4th and 6th pics. The Aphrodite amd white widow look the same at two weeks. so when those go in i will need the extra light over the extra space so i can rotate plants under lights.

If i go cfl should i go ahead and get the red?
