Basically seen it being described as a "protein shake" or "sports drink" for the girls as silly as that sounds just sounded interesting to me also heard ppl using it as a surfactant for their sprays
Aloe gel is a natural antiseptic; I don't see how it could actually do much to feed your plants. I use it when I'm transplanting rooted clones from my cloner to soil. Dipping the roots in aloe gel first and then into granular mycorrhizae helps it stick to the roots. Clones done this way always become super green and heathy.
Aloe is like the best houseplant you can keep. The gel treats minor burns and insect bites for humans plus the aforementioned natural root treatment for your plants spurs on a symbiotic relationship with mycorrhizae fungi in the rhizosphere which helps with nutrient absorption. If you compost the aloe flesh in a worm bin or compost pile it does have NPK value but only after it decomposes. Everybody should have one on their windowsill.
