Feeding Schedules

Ok I'm feeding my 8 week old plants with Schultz 10-15-10. I know that isn't good for veg but it's all I've got. I feed them once every 2 weeks like it says, and for a couple days after feeding growth shoots up like crazy. But then after those couple days growth goes back to being slow until I feed like a week later. So I'm wondering can I feed once every week instead of once every 2 weeks? Can I burn my plants that way? And how often do you guys feed your plants?

I feed mine roughly twice a week and flush in between to wash away salt build up. Something like feed, water, water, feed, water, water. But I am noob.
FDD feeds and flushes his plants everyday. He has the biggest plants on this site.

Ahhhhh okay. Maybe next grow around I'll try once every week to see if growth is better.
