What do I measure 1/3 sea salt, 1/3 pepper, and 1/3 water in? Oz or what help please.

If your cooking peas yes I would also add some bacon though... Not for your plants

Well can you use any thing else besides fertilizer to feed your plant and make it grow strong?

Compost. Compost teas, Epsom salt will work to correct mag deficiencies in an organic grow. Best too get a well balanced nute.
