Feed / water once a week?

Is it good to feed / water plants once a week? (provided the containers are big enough they don't dry out)

That decision is made by the plant and the environment it's in.

If you don't use easy draining soil.

I didn't put any Perlite in a batch of FFOF once, and I only needed to water once a week.

I wouldn't recommend it.

Feed once a week, water every 3 days seems to be a good cycle for me.

Doesn't the watering kind of wash out the food then?

I'm using one gallon pots, but they are in trays, so the trays hold like an inch of water.

I have 10 gallon pots and have to water in the morning and again late afternoon cause they start wilting. 90 + degree temps here tho. I feed every other day but use 1/4 to 1/2 the recommended nutes and no burn, and they are making the plants very happy!

Outdoors btw
