Feed pattern when flipping

I'm using canna aqua vega, and I'm getting close to flipping my plants lights to 12/12.

When should I change the feed from vega to flores? Should I do this when I change the light timings or as I begin to see signs they are entering flowering stage.

Get the cana growth guide it clearly states run veg nutes first week of flowering.Most growshops that sell canna have a lil postcard size feeding schedule.Good Luck!

Cheers, I didnt realise they had such guides, now ive found it i can clarify it indicates you change your feed upon noticing the onset of flowering. So upon first signs of fruit formation, ie Pistels appearing, you should begin feeding flowering stage nutes.
