Feds to allow marijuana sales on Native American lands

Considering where its "legal"/Medical and taxed to Death , and reservations are state/federal tax free , this could become intersting Fast , espically considering how they treat tobacco now.

I was under the impression that tribal councils determined whether or not cannabis was legal on tribal lands?

I take it that's not the case legally?

thats my understanding since offical reconized reservations are sovereign land

But since when does the US .gov play by their own rules ?
