Speaking at a press conference with DEA administrator Michelle Leonhart, Attorney General Eric Holder declared that ending medical marijuana raids ”is now American policy.”
A reporter asked, “shortly after the inauguration there were raids on California medical marijuana dispensaries…do you expect these to continue?”, noting that the President had promised to end the raids in the campaign.
Holder responded, “What the President said during the campaign…is consistent with what we will be doing here in law enforcement. He was my boss in the campaign….He is my boss now. What he said in the campaign is now American policy.”

This is grest news.

Not that awesome.. Policy is a poor substitute for legislation.. Its a good thing as long as legislation is honestly in the works, but if not it could be horrific..
It may end up lowering the defenses of compassion clubs etc.. As they diversify to provide better service they'll be linking more ppl and assets with the federal crime, and if they ever choose to abandon that policy they'll be able to take down a ton in one fell swoop..

Yep have to agree, would be better if they made it into law.Atleast its a step in the right direction.Better him saying that then a all out war as it has been. We'll have ta see if anymore raids happen.

Yeah, Holder cant be trusted! Fuckin snake! He'll "END THE RAIDS" but take your guns. We'll see if he's a man of his word.
