Fastbuds Wedding Cheesecake

Ok so I decided to start a journal on my @Killabeez-Cannabis-Seeds wedding cheesecake auto prize. So I have never grown an autoflower before, only photo periods. Also I am very much a sun loving grower (all but a few grown outdoor) many a backyard grows.

So I am in my clone/starter closet as I won't be popping my photo periods until the first week of may. My light isn't the best. As it's for clones, seedlings, and teens. But my last plant turned out great. Despite only 2.5 oz's.

Lighting is a maxisun 300 mdr (140 ish from the wall). On a 20/4 schedule.

Wedding Cheesecake Auto in approx. 4 gallon pot. In a locally sourced super soil.

She sprouted on 2/12/21. So its already at day 10 . So I'll just go back in time a bit.

I'll try and update once a week. Feel free to join the ride, ask questions, or just talk anything Fastbuds or auto. As I like learning new things.

Well as a longtime regular seed grower (photos I mean). This wedding cheesecake auto took 4 days to sprout and throw its first serrated leaf. But Dang, she broke the surface, and has been like a bulldog running back since. Almost reminds me of (a Marshawn Lynch, of a seedling) lol. She at day 11 I think today, almost day 12 now. I will be starting some light LST in a couple days when she can handle it. Wish me luck everybody. LOL

Fast Buds are a great company. Here's my Weddingcheesecake at day 61 from seed. Have grown their Zkittels also and they can have a huge yield.
Nicce. She seems to lean towards the sativa type leaves?? Or are their different phenotypes in autoflower plants, like photo periods?? I new to Autoflower totally.

they're my first bitcoin purchase so they'll have some special sentimentality for sure. I'm moving more so to autos for my indoors and keeping my seeds for outdoor and mothering out. i needed somethign with color to experiment with fading on so i'll keep ya posted ASAP

Ok here's a little update here at day 14. I've tied the top down twice now. She seems to be responding well. I just worried about stressing her too much. I think I will leave her alone for a few days and let her dry out some, as she had her first pretty heavy watering yesterday.

have you heard of leaf tucking? Mephisto has a great grow guide that utilizes leaf tucking to even that canopy right up

Oh yes, I'm all about rather tucking my fan leaves as opposed to chopping fan leaves (which I almost never do) . It's just theres not much stem length on either my new shoots or fan leaves. For tucking yet. But I'm going to let her rest and grow undisturbed for a day or 2 before the next top tie down and tucking fans under. But I just wonder, should I be tying down the lower shoots also? Or just the top for now?? Any tips/pointers from Autoflower Guru's are welcome! :eyesmoke:

i didnt realise you were running a wedding cheesecake at the same time as me and we are only about 3 days apart in development. Mine will be day 14 tommorow i think. mine has 2 leaf sets now and a little bit slower than yours.
I am not going all out with the training , but i will tie down the main cola

you will be happy with fast buds autos i think. I also grew their auto gelato and it was some of the best herb i ever grew , you just wouldnt have thought it was from an auto at all.

Right on Buddy. She seems to be hitting full stride now. I already need to tie down some more! I almost feel like I'm doing to much training. But she keeps responding well, so once again this morning.

Some autos seem to be bred better than they used to be. I think more thought has been put into making them a little more stable as time goes on. My first auto run was great.. it was right after my 1st photo & clone run. The bud right out of drying was pretty damn good. Better than any of the bud I’ve ever bought. It was crazy. Wasn’t expecting it. I may try Fast Buds soon. I haven’t seen a bad review yet.

Well I made it to week 3. She has been throwing preflowers for about 3 days now. Since she is growing horizontal I had to trim about 4 inches of the top of my planter. As she was just growing into the sides. Worrying me about lack of air flow. I tied down the top and sides again after lowering my pots ears :bigjoint:
