Fast Drying

I read on another forum, someone claiming that if you fast dry buds.....hung in a room with a dehumidifier you can dry your buds in 36-48 hours and they will taste just as good as a slow cure, they claim actually better because they don't get a chance to get the hay smell, mold etc. Is this complete BS or is it partially tru?

First off drying and curing are two different things. I don't know if there is any truth to the fast dry with a dehumidifier, you could always give it a shot and let us know. My buds only take about 3-4 days as it is to dry then I start my cure using glass jars. But I like my buds more on the gooey side compared to super dry.

Yeah I really would like to try it.......maybe just a small amount and stick with tried and tru methods for the lions share. I am growing for several very sick patients and cant afford to lose any medicine due to the 6 plant per patient limit. Just keeping mothers eats up several of my allotted plants.

Yeah you never know, it might work. I always tend to err on the side of caution myself, especially when it comes to my girls cuz I'm greedy haha. Let me know how it works out for you though.
