Fans on or off?

Hey guys, quick question before I flip the ladies! it is very cold at night here and im wondering if I need to keep my intake/exhaust going when lights are out. I have a dehumidifier I can throw in and will work nicely but do I need to be bringing in fresh air when lights go out or can I just have my oscillating fan and dehuey going until lights are on? Thanks!
