fans blowing on buds?

During flowering should i have fans blowing directly on the buds? Because when i harvest they are not that wet from other buds that iv seen that are fresh from harvest. Mine are acutally a little dry. Is this because of the fan?

more likely they're too close to your lights. Fans won't dry out living buds.

IMO, not directly on, but above and across the canopy.
If your fan was blowing vigorously on the vegetation, and the vegetation is weird, I suspect the fan didn't help.
