Fan Time

I have 616 cu ft of combined veg and flower space to vent and plan to run the can filter/fan 6"HO combo 33 with , does the fan need to run 24/7? I will be running one 1000w HPS, one 600w MH and one 4 foot flo. The two bigger lights are vented with glass sheilds, but I would prefer to run the one can filter in the beginning if possible. The true cfm of the above mentioned combo is 300cfm and if my calculations are correct, my set up needs at least 270cfm. Still, I don't know if this means the fan needs to run around the clock?

i always run my fan 24/7...keeps humidity from building up...

just a suggestion on the fan...i suggest a sunleaves wind tunnel 409CFM...its super quiet and the uppage in CFM will mean that it wont have to blast full speed all the time (meaning even quieter for you)...i always try to get a fan too big for my space...youre gonna lose power due to the bends in ducting and connection points so that 300cfm you thought you were getting could be down to as low as 200cfm running

long story short...get a bigger fan and blow her 24/7
