Fan question

Having some heat issues. The inline fan isn't installed yet. I took a little fan and pointed it directly at the 400 mh bulb and it started making some sounds so I took it off. Is it ok to point a fan directly at an open bulb? I don't think it is, but I want to make sure.

well i pull air across bulb with ducted cool tube with no issues

of course you can, there called cooltubes............. ^^^^^^^ same as ;-)

its better to get your fan going then turn the light on ;-)

sure what he heard was the sudden cooling of bulb which is not good

story is more like i moved and havent got internet there and had computer issues too
but trolls got to troll thats their job
