I was thinking Iron also, but it's not the new growth. It could also be zinc, but that's iffy also.
You really need a good micro mix and I don't see it with the things you listed unless I'm missing something.
That is why I suggested the MicroBlast. It's liquid and fast acting and solely for correcting micronutrient deficiencies, which is what you have. You can apply it as a foliar spray OR as a soil drench, added to your nutes.
You can avoid this in the future by adding things such as Azomite, Kelp Meal, Greensand, rock dust and the like. But they must be added to the soil mix before use and won't be much help right now.
There may be other liquid micro mixes, IDK, I'm using the EJ because I'm running all organic.
