fan/carbon filter cfm question

i was wondering if it was ok to use a higher cfm rating carbon filter than ur exhasut fan?
would it be better to use a 550 cfm carbon filter with a 452 cfm exhaust fan or would a 400 carbon filter be better with the 452 fan? there will be 1 or 2 bends in my ducting.
and if im pullin air thru carbon filter and cooling light would it be better to have fan in or outside of tent?
 
if u already have the fan run it then later upgrade
if u havent bought it yet step up to the 500cfm or higher
i like to put my fans outside room
that way it stays cooler
and if i have to work on it i dont have to interrupt plants if in dark cycle

would a 400 carnon filter with the 452 fan work better?
 
Id get the larger cfm fan because the bends will cut down the cfm. Some keep their fans outside because they generate a small amount of heat, but I keep mine inside my room because of noise.

ill have one bend in my setup and it will be goin thru the carbon filter and colling the light and exhausting out the tent on the same ducting line. so the 400 cfm carbon filter should work good on a 452 fan?

is it aircooled light ?
if so u going to use a wye or Y ?

u got to have ventilation in room if u use fan to cool light it will be a sealed system

unless u intake from room with a passive intake into room
u need air circulation


a wye or Y is a two into one piece of ducting means on line goes through light one exhaust air in room then run a passive intake which means a hole in room with screen over it
u will get a negative pressure like when a AC unit in a house sucks a door closed

my setup is gonna be carbon filter>ducting>hood>ducting to out of tent>fan>ducting to attic
