Has it been warmer lately? I use a Blumat system to water my plants and, for the last couple of weeks, the 4 plants have been pulling a combined 2L/day from the reservoir. It's been a lot warmer here over the last two days and the 4 plants pulled a combined 6L out of the reservoir over the last 24 hours.

The tips are not burnt

What does brunt tips mean to you?

I use soil here in Michigan. At a certain point my soil was too thick and not drying out fast enough so I thinned it out with Perlite. Then the dry winter made me decide I should perhaps thicken the soil back up because it was drying out too fast. So I did. A few days ago temps went up into the 80's. There was condensation on my basement walls. The plants weren't drying at all.

I put on the dehumidfier and will try to keep the humidity constant and react that way.

Now I'll attempt to control as many variables as possible.

Once your pot is filled with roots, a flowering or even nearly flowering plant, will require daily waterings. The nutes aren't too far behind. Bigger body, bigger intake. Simple.

My plants in 10 gallon go from needing water every 3 or 4 days to needing it twice a day.

When it's hot the plants lose more water.

When you flip to flower the needs go through the roof. The pot will explode with roots and drink will increase a lot. When I start flower my plants are typically drinking once every 24 hours but within the first 20 days that goes to every 12 hours, even less.
